This set consist of a collet (back) with a hole to fit you requirements, a paperboard wad to hold the nail securely in the button and a standard shell for the size ordered. Collet is placed in the bottom die, your nail is dropped into the hole, covered with the wad and the shell is then applied normally. Perfect for both permanent fastening and for replacing missing or broken buttons.
